Due to rapid growth within the business, we’re looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our amazing team at The B2W Group! This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation based in Manchester City Centre.

The main role of the Compliance Administrator is to take part in the company’s administration activities, meeting all necessary standards for quality and contractual requirements, reporting into the Compliance & Admin Team Leader.

Main Responsibilities
• Satisfy the compliance and quality needs of the administration of the organisation, taking ownership of the co-ordination and submission of learner data and using and updating multiple databases within the business.
• Manage your own time to meet targets or deadlines, adopting good planning and preparation practices to ensure timely submission of all data.
• Providing administrative support to other members of the business when necessary, including management.

The Ideal Candidate
• Experience in a similar administrative role with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Previous experience in resolving funding queries desirable.
• A high attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own time.
