Job Title: Audit Coordinator (Apprenticeships & Bootcamps)
Location: Manchester, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000

Due to rapid growth within the business, we’re looking for a Audit Coordinator to join our amazing team at The B2W Group! This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation based in Manchester City Centre.

The main role of the Audit Coordinator is to take part in the company’s administration activities, meeting all necessary standards for audit, quality and contractual requirements, reporting into the MIS Manager.

Main Responsibilities
• Satisfy the compliance, audit and quality needs of the administration of the organisation, ensuring accurate updating and use of multiple databases.
• Coordinate monthly internal funding audits and support with external funding audits.
• Support the MIS manager with PDSAT checks and sending of reports to other teams, coordinating PDSAT responses to ensure all information is accurate.
• Support the Associate Director of MIS Admin & Compliance with funding updates to ensure all information is shared with the relevant people within the business.
• Take part in training and development to meet organisational standards and standards required by the funding, awarding bodies and other external partners.

The Ideal Candidate
• Experience in a similar administrative role with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Previous experience in resolving funding queries desirable.
• A high attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own time.
