Internal Accounts Manager
Location: Tyne & Wear
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday 37.5hours
Salary: £26,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities
• Accurately set up customers and orders on system, completing customer service register and reports
• Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external teams, particularly the Account Manager designated to assist on account win
• Supporting external Territory Account Managers in service expectations for all customers.
• Arrange customer samples / presentations / wearer trials / Feedback forms etc as and when required.
• Make daily calls to an agreed list of potential customers in accordance with the branch pipeline to generate orders
• Grow and develop new and lapsed accounts within defined portfolio against targets working with other sales staff to achieve maximum potential
