We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Desktop Engineer to support our client SAP based on their site in Feltham whilst proving support to their sites in Sittingbourne & Lime Street, London.

This is a permanent role working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00 with a 1-hour break.

As a Desktop engineer you will:
• Be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware / software issues both in person and remotely
• Be responsible for the the maintenance of Desktop PCs, Notebooks and Smartphones
• Provide 2nd level Office/Mobile Support
• Manage Server Backups, Demo/Meeting/Training Rooms, Video Conferring and Printer Services
• Follow PC imaging & installation procedures, Intune/Autopilot/JAMF
• Be responsible for the asset management

What we're looking for:
• Proven experience in an ITIL environment
• Experience in IT support for current Microsoft, Apple and Android hardware and operating systems
• Experience with network (hands on), network technologies and administration (AD/DNS/WINS) for WAN/LAN/WLAN
• Good Working knowledge with Microsoft Technology and current Standard Office 365 Suite/ Azure AD
• Good knowledge of ticket systems and support processes - Service Now Platform
• Detail oriented and highly organised
• Accredited education in Information Technologies
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Friendly and confident manner
• Strong time management skills
