Our client’s team is expanding and they are now looking for a Design & Buying Assistant to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Design & Buying Assistant, you will help to create seasonal collections for our client’s portfolio of brands.

Getting involved with all aspects of clothing collection development and creation, you’ll help with researching trends and planning clothing ranges, the development of samples and bulk production planning.

You’ll make sure that each new collection is consistent with our client’s brand and meets their quality guidelines, using sales analysis from previous collections to ensure it will be a commercial success.

About You

To be considered as a Design & Buying Assistant, you will need:

- A degree level qualification
- A full driving licence, valid passport and the willingness to travel when required

Previous experience in the fashion and/or textile industry would be beneficial to your application, as would competent CAD skills.
