We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team on a permanent, part time basis, working a minimum of 20 hours per week with the possibility for up to 40 in the busy summer season.

We are looking for a Chef to work with our Food & Beverage Manager and Head Chef covering the catering needs of the Brewhouse Restaurant at Kenwood House.

Alongside the Head Chef, you will be responsible for all stages of food production, breakfast and lunch service, working in the bakery, food prep through to plating, serving and cleaning down at the end of the day. Dishes are prepared according to a specification and reflect local trends and fresh produce.

A sound understanding of food safety and H&S regulations are important as is the ability to implement the English Heritage catering strategy for in house catering, maximising profit, controlling waste and contributing to the overall catering activities to achieve the annual F&B budget and KPIs, ensuring the highest level of catering standards are achieved and maintained.

Delivering a food experience of the highest quality and consistency is the key to achieving the future ambitions of Kenwood House.

Availability to work on a 5/7 day roster, including Bank Holidays, but no evenings.
