You will be working closely with a great team of people with many years’ industry experience who are supportive, collaborative and very inclusive.

About the role:

You’d be an integral part of the sales team function responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts that include some of the largest and most influential energy companies in the world.
• Develop and execute account strategies
• Identify and pursue new opportunities
• Negotiate and close contracts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers acting as a trusted advisor and partner to our clients
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information on CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams such as: product, engineering, marketing and customer service
• Monitor and report on account performance, customer satisfaction and market trends
• Provide feedback and insights to the management and product teams


What we’ll need from you:

• Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, account management or business development, ideally in the energy sector or related industry
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels
• Have a strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of our solutions
• Have enthusiasm, be organised and have strong administrative capabilities
• Have a customer-centric mindset and a passion for solving customer problems
• Knowledge and experience of working with CRM systems is essential
• Knowledge of existing key account companies (UK DNOs) is desirable but not essential

• Up to £30,000 p.a.
