Due to expansion and growth, we have a genuinely exciting role for an Inbound Sales Manager to join us so, if you’re an experienced Inbound Sales Manager, we’d love to hear from you.

You will be working closely with a great team of people with many years’ industry experience who are supportive, collaborative and very inclusive.

About the role:

Be an integral part of the sales team function monitoring and managing online portals and platforms that publish tender opportunities for smart grid projects.
• Manage incoming enquiries from potential customers
• Reach out to prospects via email and phone to establish rapport and trust
• Qualify leads and assess they fit with EA Technology’s VisNet solution
• Co-ordinate and schedule product demonstrations and presentations with our technical team
• Prepare and submit tender responses and proposals
• Follow up with prospects and address questions and/or queries
• Assist and facilitate with the negotiation of deals with customers and partners
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline on CRM system
• Provide line management for the team including Key Account Executives and Portal/Bid Manager

What we’ll need from you:

• A good deal of experience in inbound sales, incorporating prospect and lead qualification, preferably in the smart grid or energy sector
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software and online portals
• Knowledge of relevant sector (energy DNO etc.) is desirable but not essential
