Malone Kindergarten

Due to growing demand and expansion, Malone Kindergarten is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Kindergarten management team as an Operations Manager. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual with leadership and management experience and a passion for nourishing children’s development.

A little bit about us:

The secluded haven of Malone Kindergarten, hidden away in an oasis of calm in the heart of Balmoral BT9, is based in unique facilities designed specifically by the owners as Scandinavian style learning spaces in touch with nature.

At Malone, we adopt our own uniquely blended nature curiosity approach, embedded in the influences of Scandinavian Kindergarten education, the Reggio Emilia philosophy and Montessori approaches.

Malone Kindergarten also provides bespoke support services for children and their families through our Child and Family Wellbeing and SEN Support Services, overseen by an inhouse Educational and Child Psychologist.

The skills we are searching for our Operations Manager to demonstrate include:

- Bookkeeping and financial management

- Communication skills
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Time management
- Interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability

Essential Requirements:

- Graduate level qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience

Desirable criteria:

- Graduate level qualification with relevant business or management training
- Senior or management experience e.g. Senior practitioner or Deputy manager experience in a Nursery Setting
- Experience using SAGE systems and Early Years apps

Flexible contract - Full time or part time.
