We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis for a twelve-month fixed term contract. The shift pattern for this role is 09:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday.

The Role

As our Project Manager, you will deliver new business implementations regarding contract logistics, ensuring smooth and successful implementation and start-up.

Specifically, you will work across various business functions, including operations, automation, engineering, IT, HR and HS&E, to scope projects and manage risk and issues.

You will also have the exciting opportunity to be involved in the implementation of our new site at SEGRO Logistics Park in Northampton, which is set to be the largest single sustainable warehouse in the Midlands logistics hub.

In terms of project management, you will create project plans, manage costs, co-ordinate work streams and resources and conduct risk assessments.

You will also be involved in internal and external communications, to facilitate meetings and provide reports, and elements of people management to make sure the project teams have the right skills.

About You

To be considered as a Project Manager, you will need:

- Project management experience, with a track record of successful project delivery
- Experience in the logistics industry
- Experience of working across functions, cultures and geographies
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong presentation skills
- A full, valid driving licence
