We champion female empowerment by providing and promoting affordable homes for women and gender-specific support services. Our ReConnect+ project provides supported accommodation for women leaving prison, dealing with substance misuse and with complex needs, many of whom have experienced trauma and abuse in their early lives.

We are currently seeking a Housing Support Assistant to join our ReConnect+ team on a permanent, part-time basis, working 28 hours per week.

The Role

As a Housing Support Assistant, you will deliver exceptional support to our ReConnect+ project team.

Specifically, you will support our Customer, Housing, IT and Finance teams, delivering housing support services to the project team and high standards of customer care to all project service users.

Additionally, you will:

- Report maintenance issues for service users and at our locations
- Help conduct H&S and property checks
- Field inbound calls and manage the mail
- Maintain office supplies
- Assist the team in providing statistical data
- Liaise with HR regarding personnel matters

About You

To be considered as a Housing Support Assistant, you will need:

- Customer service experience
- Experience developing administration systems
- Experience working for a non-profit organisation
- An understanding of the risk associated with Lone working
- A good understanding of confidentiality, data protection and professional boundaries
- Excellent admin skills including an understanding of finance matters and report writing
