We are looking for the White Goods Coordinator in GP3 (NN4 5FB).

The salary for this position is £27,500 per annum with a working shift pattern of 09:00 - 17:30 hours Monday - Friday.

The position holder will manage customer order bookings & flows in a timely manner inline with customer SLA’s and within the Network Transport parameters. As well orchestrating order consolidation & synergies within the network across our customer base.

Key responsibilities:

WG Order management
• Coordinate the scheduling of white goods deliveries end to end, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of orders.

Stakeholder :
• Work closely with internal teams such as Planning, Network transport teams, and customer service to streamline processes and optimize customer satisfaction

Continuous Improvement:
• Identify and communicate potential synergies that could benefit the respective customer and YLUK as a business.

Communication
• Communicate with customers to confirm delivery dates and times, address any concerns or questions they may have, and provide updates throughout the booking process. Provide clear and timely communication to all required YLUK stakeholders of proposed collection plans and associated requirements, ensuring all potential requirements are met.

Key requirements:
- Good Geographical knowledge (UK).
- Previous experience of YLUK SUT operations an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Road Traffic and drivers’ hours Legislation.
- Experience in Continuous Improvement and Change Management.
- Problem solving skills, ability to think laterally. Able to manage multiple issues, having a flexible approach to work
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- IT literate, experience of TMS, specifically ESP an advantage.
- Flexible approach - ability to support volume increases / holiday & sickness cover etc.
