The Marketing Manager will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Marketing in the planning and successful implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, ultimately driving brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth - in line with the strategic objectives of the business.

Overview of Main Responsibilities:

• Create, implement and evaluate a one year marketing plan for one, or more, of the VisNet Group business units that supports the delivery of the commercial plan.
• Support the delivery of the sales strategically by developing market insights for new segment or geographic opportunities for our products and services.
• Support sales tactically by delivering best practice B2B customer engagement via a differentiated content approach.
• Grow the number of products/services that existing customers take from EA Technology and support the Sales team in targeting new customers.
• Campaign Planning - Plan, execute and analyse of B2B marketing campaigns across various on and off line channels including digital/email marketing and social media, including associated reporting and recommendations for future campaign optimisation.
• Content Strategy & Creation - Lead the development of compelling and industry-relevant engagement content for B2B marketing including social media posts, blogs, email campaigns and case studies etc.

• Co-ordination - Lead the collaboration with cross functional and geographical teams to ensure the smooth production of marketing and sales materials.
• Research - Support competitor and market research efforts with regular reporting and providing valuable insights to the team.
• Brand Management - Uphold and reinforce the VisNet brand image throughout all marketing materials and communications.
• Collaboration - Work effectively and efficiently with external partner agencies and suppliers to produce output in line with the VisNet brand (merchandise supplier, digital agency etc).

Key Relationships:

• Internal - VisNet marketing team members in particular the VisNet Graphic Designer. Frequent communication and collaboration is required with marketing teams across various markets (EG Australia and Singapore) to ensure activity is aligned.
• The role will work closely with roles outside of the marketing teams, with the Product Manager for example, where collaboration is required to ensure technical product detail is correct across marketing activity. General day to day interacting across the whole business will be required to ensure key deliverables are met.
• External - the role will be working closely with a number of external partners from merchandise suppliers, digital agency and PR agency.
• The role will require contact with customers and the general public when supporting at events and tradeshows.

Knowledge

• A good understanding of all aspects of the marketing mix
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach and engage B2B audiences.
• Experience of managing successful lead generating marketing campaigns
• Good online and offline copywriting experience
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and others)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
