Reporting to: Operations Support Manager

Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our established Anchor Group Services’ Control team based at our Head Quarters in Deeside.
The successful candidate will be responsible for time and attendance monitoring for site-based security and cleaning teams, staff scheduling, CCTV alarm processing and the coordination of Anchor’s key holding and alarm response team.

Duties include:
• Co-ordinating multiple site systems and monitoring booking on and off check calls to ensure employee welfare
• Proactively and continuously monitor the site-based security and cleaning teams by obtaining, collating and reviewing information from multiple sources
• Monitoring alarm activations from remote sites, assessing the cause of the alarms and escalation to the emergency services and nominated keyholders as required
• Identification of fault conditions from our remotely monitored systems, reporting both internally and to our clients nominated keyholders / service providers
• Conducting scheduled and ad hoc CCTV patrols at our customers sites to identify criminal activity, anti-social behaviour, damage, insecure area and faults with the equipment
• Ensure accurate and timely logging and recording of all required information using available IT systems and in accordance with operational processes and guidance
• Provide information, data and appropriate advice and guidance to relevant parties in a timely manner depending on their needs and using available systems
• To act as the main point of escalations for the company outside normal working hours. To escalate issues and incidents in accordance with defined company procedures
• To report and highlight any operational issues preventing the operational effectiveness of the control, for example employees failing to use automated systems to book on/off or high activity alarm systems

To succeed in this role, you will need to have/be:
• SIA Licence
• A full 5-year employment checkable history
• Previous industry related experience preferred but not essential
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
• Problem solving abilities
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent IT Skills & Computer Literacy
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Timegate, Immix, Teams, SharePoint, and Office would be a distinct advantage

Due to the nature of the role substantial time will be invested in training and development to ensure competency can be evidence with a number of bespoke management systems.
