ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a full time Business Support Officer to provide a comprehensive level of administrative support to the No More Service and Safeguarding Team. If you would like to be part of a busy business unit then this could be the position for you.

Business Support Officers play an important role in supporting the front-line teams across the department, providing professional and confidential administrative support. The role of the Business Support Officer is varied, exciting and challenging.

The key tasks you will undertake:
• maintain online system information for our data bases and systems
• assist the Partnership Development Officer with the organisation and planning of meetings relating to a variety of projects including the Adult Offender Protocol and meetings relating to high-
risk offenders -this includes inputting, updating, modifying and retrieving data on REACT.
• coordinate and manage meetings including scheduling, preparing agendas and minute taking
• provide support in project management, assisting in coordination and implementation of business initiatives.



ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Relevant work experience and qualifications
• Been educated to GCSE level or equivalent
• Be able to work well within a very busy team, prioritise your work and demonstrate flexibility. Be able to work on your own initiative and have excellent attention to detail.
• Have a good understanding of data protection and confidentiality.
• The ability to undertake a wide range of administrative tasks
• A flexible outlook and attitude to working in a customer focused team.
• Good organisational and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a reactive service.
• Excellent computer skills (competent in using Microsoft Office IT packages including Excel).
• A track record that demonstrates tangible achievements in working effectively with other organisations and agencies towards a common goal.
