Based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire.
Part time, 18.5 hours per week.
Salary: £31,658 - £35,175 full time equivalent (£15,829 - £17,587 for 18.5 hours per week) depending on skills and experience

We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service professional with fantastic interpersonal skills to join our supportive team!

As a Home Ownership Advisor, you will provide a high quality, personalised and professional customer service. Acting as the first point of contact for our customers, you will take ownership and resolve queries over phone calls, email, and in-person, ensuring accurate information is provided in line with our procedures and GDPR. You will also produce and disseminate accurate documentation to leaseholders, such as statements, certificates of compliance, sales packs, and welcome packs.

We’re looking for someone with…

- Experience of working in a customer service or customer-facing role
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent verbal, written and numerical skills
- A commitment to providing a great customer service with a friendly and responsive approach
- Full driving licence and use of a car

You will also be required to have a basic criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
