Head of Advice and Assistance

Salary: £43,081 to £50,232 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent (Full time 37 hours per week) or Part Time (4 days per week)
Location: Office in Cardiff Bay - Hybrid working

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Commissioner’s team in a key role as Head of Advice and Assistance, being responsible for the delivery of an outstanding advice and assistance service that achieves positive outcomes for older people and their families in Wales.

The Commissioner is looking for an individual who would relish the opportunity to further develop the Advice and Assistance Service, and empower older people and their families to help them understand their rights.
