- THE ROLE -
The University of Wales Trinity Saint David is committed to transforming education and enhancing the student experience. As part of this commitment, the University has developed physical and digital Student Hubs (Hwbs) as one-stop shops for student support, communication and engagement.
The Student Communications Officer will play a key role in maintaining, developing, and innovating digital and communications platforms to support student engagement. The post-holder will create and manage content for the Student Hwb App, student bulletins, emails, welcome brochures, Hwbcasts (student-focused podcasts), and other student-facing resources.
This role will also contribute to wider Student Hwb operations, ensuring that communications and digital resources are clear, accurate, engaging, and accessible to all students, including international and distance learners. The Student Communications Officer will work under the guidance of the Student Hwb Manager, collaborating closely within a vibrant and welcoming team to provide holistic student support. This role requires a proactive and caring approach to delivering exceptional service in alignment with the Hwb’s operating principles and objectives.
