We are now looking for a Finance Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As a Finance Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our finances running smoothly.
Day to day, you’ll dive into everything from verifying new suppliers and processing invoices to reconciling expenses and managing employee timesheets. Focusing on accurate financial records and processing transactions, you’ll support reporting and admin tasks.
You’ll also be a go-to person for finance queries, supporting colleagues and helping to make sure financial processes stay efficient and well-organised.
Additionally, you will:
- Keep our financial records in top shape
- Manage purchase orders, approvals, and petty cash
- Maintain accurate project numbers and support ad hoc finance projects
- Play a key part in helping the team stay on track and audit-ready
About You
To be considered as a Finance Assistant, you will need:
- Experience in a finance or accounting role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
