Waste King Recycling is a leading provider of waste management services, offering skip hire, rubbish removal, road sweepers, grab lorries, trade waste, and more. We’re expanding rapidly and investing in technology and partnerships to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As part of this growth, we’re looking for a strategic and practical Supplier Relationship Manager to lead our supplier engagement and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, negotiating, and optimising relationships with all suppliers across our service portfolio. You’ll identify preferred partners, streamline procurement, and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities include

- Lead all supplier relationships nationwide across our brokerage business
- Negotiate best prices, rebates, and service level agreements from suppliers
- Reduce our supplier base by 50% by creating a national network of Partnership Suppliers.
- Ensure data is always up to date and available to our sales team
- Lead supplier performance, compliance and H&S reviews and drive continuous improvement

You’ll be supported with full in-house training and ongoing development to help you succeed.
