We are now looking for an Administrator to join us on a permanent, part-time basis, working one day per week in our centre at St Charles Hospital, either on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.
Please note, you must live within a commutable distance of our centre at St Charles Hospital, W10.

The Role
As an Administrator, you’ll provide high-quality administrative support to our CEO, Board, Senior Management Team, and the wider organisation.
You’ll be responsible for managing diaries, co-ordinating meetings, producing professional-looking documents and maintaining accurate records, ensuring that operations and communications across the charity run efficiently and effectively.
Working independently, and to a high standard, you will take a proactive approach to managing admin tasks, using initiative to anticipate what is needed and improving our systems where necessary, using your digital expertise.
Supporting the CEO and Board, you will manage correspondence with members, suppliers, and trustees and help keep key information up to date, ensuring everything is accurate and accessible.
Additionally, you will:
- Track and record staff training compliance
- Support volunteer recruitment and management activities
About You
To be considered as an Administrator, you will need:
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent digital skills, including expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as working knowledge of AI
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and adapt to change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
