Here at Street League, sport is at the heart of what we do and is what makes us successful. We support young people holistically, recognising the inextricable links between wellbeing, health, and employment.
The Role:
The Data and Insights Manager will play a pivotal role in transforming Street League’s data function into the central hub of information across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, building tools that reduce administrative burden, and empowering teams through data. The postholder will ensure all staff—from local delivery teams to senior leadership—can access timely, accurate and actionable insights. They will support the senior team by producing data and impromptu analytical reports that inform short-, medium-, and long-term strategic decisions. They will also play a key role in organisational growth by producing insight-driven reports that support commissioned and commercial fundraising, product development and programme design, highlighting trends and identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation as well as working with the Head of Compliance Systems and Data and the Head of Marketing to manage and publish data related content and insights on our website.
They will lead the development of a modern, scalable BI reporting suite that replaces legacy spreadsheets and supports near real-time, self-service access to insights. Working closely with the compliance, commissioned, operational and commercial teams, they will identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, streamline reporting processes, and build capacity for data literacy. Combining strategic advisory skills with hands-on technical expertise, the postholder will deliver high-impact, human-centred solutions that are intuitive, collaborative, and aligned with Street League’s mission: to use the power of sport to get unemployed young people into work, further education, and training by helping them overcome barriers to employment and build confidence, motivation, and essential skills.
