ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on technician to maintain and repair our estate of parking equipment, maximising reliability and revenue. This is a technical role where you’ll carry out electrical and mechanical diagnostics, routine testing, and on-site repairs. You’ll also monitor systems, respond to alarms, and ensure everything operates safely and efficiently.
While the focus is technical, you’ll need clear communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer care in a professional, friendly manner.

DUTIES:
• Test and maintain parking and communication systems
• Diagnose and repair faults on-site and in the workshop
• Monitor pay-and-display machines and respond to alarms
• Keep accurate logs and inspection records
• Assist with minor repairs and routine maintenance across car parks

ABOUT YOU
• Ability and a willingness to work shifts outside of normal office hours (no night shifts) and to cover at times of for absence is essential.
• A full driving Licence is required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair minor electrical and mechanical faults]
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
• Excellent customer care and communication skills
• Previous experience in a customer facing environment
• Basic IT Knowledge
