We currently have a vacancy for a Metal Control Assistant.

The Role
As our Metal Control Assistant you will support the Metal Control function by accurately handling, monitoring and recording all precious-metal movements. Assist with stock-takes, investigate discrepancies, and maintain high standards of security and compliance. The role is critical for maintaining metal accuracy, traceability and operational integrity across the site.
Key Responsibilities
• Record all metal movements accurately on the ERP system.
• Weigh, label and securely store all incoming and outgoing precious metal where needed.
• Ensure correct documentation and signatures are completed for all transactions.
• Assist with stock taking, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Support the Metal Control Supervisor with reporting, audits and investigations

About you
• Proven experience in a production/Engineering environment.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately and with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
