We are now looking for a Production Operative to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will support the smooth running of our production operations, helping ensure products are prepared, packed and ready to a high standard.

Working closely with the Team Leader, you will assist with a range of production tasks, including labelling, packing, cleaning and basic maintenance.

You will follow high standards of hygiene and health and safety at all times, contributing to a clean, safe and efficient working environment.

Additionally, you will:

- Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene
- Promote the company positively through our values
- Participate in staff development and training events

About You

To be considered as a Production Operative, you will need:

- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or warehouse environment
- The ability to work well in a team
- A flexible and proactive approach to work
