Salary: While the hospice is not part of the NHS and so does not directly match NHS rates, we are competitive to the trust and offer the following salary scale.
0-2 years’ experience £24,554
2 years+ experience £24,866
Figures above are full time salaries. Will be pro-rata dependent on hours. Starting salary will be dependent on experience and/or qualifications.

Hours of work: 30 hours per week, to be worked over long shifts (days/nights/weekends)

At Dove House Hospice, our Care Assistants support adults living with progressive life limiting illnesses, working alongside our multi disciplinary clinical team across inpatient and clinical areas. You’ll assist qualified nursing staff, support patients with dignity and respect, and help create a calm, caring environment for patients and those important to them.
