The Telemarketing Company is expanding fast and we’re growing our telemarketing team. If you have experience working on the phone in Customer Service or Telemarketing and/or you can demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills, we would especially love to hear from you!

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Roadside Assistance Agent to join our team. Looking for people who are confident having real conversations. The ideal candidate should be an excellent and active listener and communicator, with a problem-solving attitude and able to take feedback and implement it.

Starting date: 16/02/2026 (3 weeks of training included)
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Hours of work: Candidate will work 5 days per week, scheduled between Monday to Sunday, within the hours of 7am to 8pm (35 hours per week).

As a Roadside Assistance Agent, you will provide immediate phone support to customers in need, ensuring their safety and helping resolve vehicle issues such as flat tires, dead batteries, lockouts, and minor repairs.

Your day to day will involve:
• Handle inbound customer queries
• Respond to customer complaints via phone
• Accurately enter and update customer data
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist in resolving concerns with manager support when needed
• Stay informed about products and services, ensuring up-to-date knowledge
• Previous call centre experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates with strong communication skills from any background

The ideal candidate must have:
• Ability to speak fluent English to a business level (mandatory)
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills *(essential)*
• A professional telephone manner
• Able to maintain calm in high-pressure situations
• Demonstrate confidence in own abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Conscientiousness and drive
• Reliable an able to fulfil the agreed hours
• A-levels or above academic qualifications
