Junior Application Support Analyst
Location: Remote (UK)
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hrs per week
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a first responder, delivering excellent customer service to clients via Jira, email, Microsoft Teams, and telephone
- Triage incoming support tickets in line with SLAs
- Troubleshoot data, infrastructure and application-related issues, including analysing client data using SQL queries
- Perform basic application configurations to support client needs
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates on investigations, progress and ticket resolutions
- Attend client calls to support data-related queries
- Maintain and update the team Knowledge Base to support continuous improvement
- Work confidently with a range of platforms and technologies, including Jira, Confluence, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps (ADO) and Salesforce
