Warden - Paternity Leave Cover
Grade 3 (£26,824-£28,142)
Approximately 17 weeks from 05/05/2026
Wardens undertake a range of practical duties on the Coast Path National Trail, the public rights of way network and conservation work and site grounds maintenance on owned and managed sites across the National Park, supporting nature recovery and facilitating enjoyment for all.
Supporting the countryside Team leaders, you will undertake a range of tasks, including but not limited to mowing, strimming, planting and trimming of vegetation along the coast path and public rights of way network and sites.
You will also be required to make, install and maintain furniture/infrastructure located on the coast path and public rights of way and other relevant locations (e.g. bridges, stiles, gates, boardwalks, viewing platforms, signage, etc.).
You will have excellent communication skills, have a good work ethic, and be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. You will be able to work within the health and safety policies and procedures set by Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
