We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to be based at our Panattoni site (NN7 4DE). You would be working Monday to Friday on a weekly rotating shift pattern of 6am - 2pm and 8am - 4pm, with expectation for overtime in line with business requirements.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £27,081.32.

Key responsibilities
• Safely manage products during inbound and outbound processes, following company procedures.
• Handle goods correctly to minimise damage and prevent injuries through proper manual handling techniques.
• Complete reasonable tasks to support warehouse operations.
• Use Manual Handling Equipment according to training as needed.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures, including wearing PPE, and report concerns to your line manager promptly.
• Conduct equipment checks as required and report defects.
• Adhere to company procedures on absence, performance, and behaviour, keeping company values in mind.
• Communicate any issues or deviations from instructions to your line manager immediately.
Key requirements
• Previous experience working in a similar role within a warehouse environment.
• A team player with a flexible and proactive attitude.
• A valid counterbalance licence is essential for this role. Reach truck, clamp and T20 licences or experience are also advantageous.
• Good general IT skills and ideally experience using warehouse management systems and RF scanners - training will be provided where required.
• Awareness of manual handling techniques.
• Able to adapt to changing demands and meet deadlines.
