We are looking for a People Partner to join us on an interim 6-month basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on employee experience to join our dedicated team and make a real impact.
We are seeking a proactive and experienced People Partner who can confidently navigate significant organisational change activity while supporting leaders and teams through transformation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing complex employee relations caseloads and demonstrate sound judgement in high stakes situations. Familiarity with the Agenda for Change framework is essential, along with proven experience working in a unionised environment where constructive collaboration and effective stakeholder management are key to success.

The Role:

As a People Partner, you will provide strategic and operational HR support to enhance the employee experience and workplace culture across our network of clinics.

Working closely with clinic leadership and employees, you will act as a trusted advisor, aligning HR strategies with business goals while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

You will use your expertise to help facilitate a positive working environment where staff members feel supported and engaged, bringing emotional intelligence to every interaction, enabling you to build strong relationships.

About You:

To be considered as a People Partner, you will need:

- Proven HR experience in a strategic and operational role, with a strong focus on enhancing the employee experience
- High levels of emotional intelligence, enabling you to build meaningful relationships and navigate complex workplace dynamics
- A strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, solution-focused approach and a genuine passion for creating positive employee experiences
