Cleaner
Salary - £12.71 per hour
Hours - 10 hours per week (shift pattern to be confirmed)
Location - Penrith, CA11 8GU

As a Building Cleaner at FCC Environment, you will play a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and hygienic environments across our sites. You will carry out duties in a professional and respectful manner, ensuring high standards are met at all times.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week.

What will you be doing?
• Carrying out cleaning duties to a high standard across designated areas
• Working safely in line with company procedures and health & safety requirements
• Using equipment and materials correctly and safely
• Reporting any issues, hazards, or concerns to your supervisor promptly
• Following instructions and completing tasks efficiently
• Working both independently and as part of a team
• Providing a courteous and professional service at all times

• Good communication skills and ability to work with the general public
• Ability to work to high standards and take pride in your work
• Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
• Reliable, trustworthy, and flexible approach to work
• Physically fit due to the nature of the role
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements (training will be provided)
• Previous experience is desirable but not essential
