The British Liver Trust is the leading UK charity working to improve adult liver health. Liver disease is the third leading cause of premature death in the UK and the only one of the five big killer diseases that continues to increase. 

The Database Manager is a new position working within the Fundraising team; the post holder will play a vital role in helping us grow our active and engaged supporter base in order to fund vital services. This role will help to deliver a great supporter experience at every touch point. 

This position is crucial to the charity’s development and expansion plans, being responsible for managing supporter communications, through targeted data analysis and insight, as well as overseeing importing, cleansing and housekeeping of the database.  

This is a dynamic role for an experienced Database Manager who is passionate about great customer service. You will be responsible for managing supporter communication through targeted data analysis and insight. You must be able to demonstrate success in a similar role and be able to work with the minimum of supervision. 

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver an effective communications programme that engages our supporters and demonstrates the impact of our work, leading to increased donations and great supporter care.
