They are looking for a number of Production Team Leaders to join them in Bodmin and ensure their products continue to be the best of the best.

Your Role

As the Production Team Leader, you’ll ensure that our client’s product range is crafted to the highest standards.

In this diverse role, you’ll assign duties to employees and motivate them to perform tasks to the best of their ability.

Specifically, your other duties will involve:

- Monitoring your team’s performance and defining goals
- Ensuring that efficiency, cost, quality and performance KPIs are met or exceeded
- Making sure employees comply with quality management systems and best practice processes
- Communicating with colleagues to determine the progress of work
- Actively participating in continuous improvement projects

About You

To be considered as a Production Team Leader, you’ll need:

- Experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Previous team leadership and/or management experience

Ideally, you will have also completed Food Safety and Health and Safety training, but this is not essential.

Our client wants to hear from you if you’ve worked as a Food Manufacturing Supervisor, Manufacturing Team Leader, Food Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, or Senior Food Manufacturing Operative.

This is a full-time role, working one of the following shifts:

- 6:00 – 14:30
- Starting at 1:00 or 3:00 and finishing at 9:30 – 11:30
