We are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to join our busy Events Team providing the ‘behind the scenes’ support for a variety of digital and face-to-face events run by the National Deaf Children’s Society for our beneficiaries and other stakeholders.

In this role you will be responsible for the logistical support for both online sessions delivered through digital platforms, and some face-to-face events (when Covid restrictions allow).

You will have experience in the field of event management including digital delivery, be calm under pressure, and capable of using your own initiative. You will possess first-class interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders in a variety of ways.

Interested? If you think you meet the person specification for this role we would love to hear from you.

To apply for this role you will have to complete an online application and specify how you meet the person specification criteria, as outlined in the job description. To do this, we suggest that you download the job description from our website prior to starting your application.

Currently, the application process works best on desktop / laptop devices.

The closing date for applications is on Tuesday 20 April 2021 at 23.59.

We expect interviews to be held on Wednesday 28 April 2021 via Zoom.

A disclosure check will be sought in relation to the successful applicant for this post. This will be shared with Human Resources and may also be shared with the Safeguarding Manager and the relevant management team. All applicants must also complete a self-disclosure form.

We strive to provide an accessible recruitment process. If a disability or long term condition makes it difficult for you to complete our application form, please contact us to discuss alternative formats. If you require reasonable adjustments for taking part in the interview, please indicate this in response to the corresponding question in the application form.
