Are you passionate about the value of volunteering? We are looking for a motivated Volunteer Co-ordinator to join our volunteering team.

Beat has a large network of volunteers with lived experience of an eating disorder or of caring for a loved one with an eating disorder. Our volunteers are hugely valuable to us and they enrich the organisation in many ways.

The Volunteer Co-ordinator (Lived Experience) will play a key roles in developing and maximising the contribution of lived experience volunteers across Beat. The postholder will work collaboratively as part of a team of Volunteer Co-ordinators. They will enable more volunteers to share their personal experiences to increase awareness and understanding of eating disorders and for volunteer views to be included in all aspects of our development work including policy, services and campaigns.

This post will be at least partly home-based but there is an option to be partly based in one of our office locations (Warrington, London, Norwich). The role involves working cross-organisationally with colleagues across all sites so will involve UK wide travel.
