Your role
You’ll need to provide an excellent level of customer service to any incoming queries from our switchboard. This will be a busy role managing customer calls professionally and effectively ensuring each caller reaches the person they need to speak to. We pride ourselves on our excellent service and as the first point of contact, you'll need top notch communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with our customers over the telephone.

During less busy periods, you'll need to assist with administration activities and so we're looking for someone who has a good knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook. It would also be beneficial to us if you can provide a level of flexibility in order to guarantee there is sufficient cover on the switchboard when faced with any resource issues. This role is part time, working from 8:00am to 1:00pm Monday to Friday.
