We are now looking for Bank Receptionists to join our team on temporary contracts.

The Role

As a Bank Receptionist, you will provide an exceptional front of house service and assist with a range of administrative activities.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will provide a friendly and efficient service to our clients and the rest of the team. You will greet clients, informing our Therapists of their arrival, and manage the switchboard, forwarding calls and handling general enquiries.

Additionally, you will:

- Provide clients with questionnaires to complete
- Open and close the building
- Assist with the entry of routine data onto the database
- Take card payments from service users and record payment processes

About You

To join us as a Bank Receptionist, you will need:

- The ability to build and manage relationships with service users
- An excellent telephone manner
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective time management and workload management skills
- Excellent organisational skills

Experience of working with Salesforce would be desirable but is not essential.

The hours for this role are variable depending on business needs but will include evening and weekend working.
