The Company

Our client works with some of the world’s best coffee farmers to create unrivalled coffee experiences for their customers and is widely recognised as one of the leading players in the speciality coffee market.

Based in Belfast, the organisation supplies world class coffee, equipment, training and technical support to speciality coffee shops and premium hotels across Ireland, the UK and Europe.

They are currently looking for a Trainee Roaster to join their team on a full-time basis.

The Role

As a Roaster, you will be responsible for roasting coffee beans to perfection to create the ideal cup of coffee for any occasion.

In this varied role, you will learn all there is to know about the art of coffee roasting from the basics right the way through to our client’s professional level.

About You

To be considered as a Roaster, you will need:

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week with a small element of flexibility required.

Other organisations may call this role Coffee Roaster, Roastery Production Assistant, or Production Assistant.
