They are now looking for an Internal Sales Supervisor to join their team in Ballyhaunis.

The Role

As an Internal Sales Supervisor, you will be tasked with overseeing the internal sales process ensuring that the Internal Sales Department functions effectively and provide high quality and customer experiences.

You will oversee all aspects of the internal sales process for our client, from delegating activity to ensuring training and support is provided. Motivating and driving your team, you will ensure they achieve targets and KPIs.

Monitoring sales orders and quotations, you will ensure your team focuses on quality of information, order value, the frequency of orders, as well as the quantity processes and success rates for each team member. You will also manage any credit notes that are required, as well as returns and other charges.

In this in-depth role, you will undertake root cause analysis and review metrics and KPIs whilst ensuring that all business intelligence systems are utilised to create maximum advantage for the company.

About You

To be considered as an Internal sales Supervisor, you will need:

- Previous experience in a similar sales role
- Management or supervisory experience
- An understanding and ability to co-ordinate excellent customer service
- The ability to make decisive balanced decisions in a commercially focused manner
- Capability to carry out root cause analysis
- An understanding of Lean Principles, procedures and processes
- A positive disposition with team leadership
- The ability to motivate and deal with employees professionally
- An organised and logical approach to executing tasks
- Computer skills
- A Leaving Certificate (or equivalent)

Further educational achievements including a business diploma would be a distinct advantage.
