Due to our continued success and rapidly growing international business, we are now looking for an Export Business Development Manager to join our team and play an invaluable role in our international growth plans.

The Role

As an Export Business Development Manager, you’ll play an integral role in driving our international and OEM growth plans and taking our company to the next level.

Building strong relationships with our existing distributors and partners, you’ll provide leadership, guidance and training to ensure they are reaching their full potential and growing our customer base.

With our overseas growth strategy in mind, you’ll help develop country-specific business plans to generate more sales. You’ll also provide training and end-user accompanied visits to support customers and distributors in the delivery of our wider business plan.

In addition, you will:

- Review our distributors’ ability to deliver our sales and marketing strategy
- Work with the Sales Director to prepare our sales effectiveness plans to deliver growth
- Establish relationships with end-user customers and build a database profiling them
- Help set up internal marketing and communications plans to support overseas growth

About You

To join us as an Export Business Development Manager, you will need:

- Experience in selling healthcare products overseas
- Experience in working through, and with, distributors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective motivational skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- To be IT literate
- To be goal orientated with the discipline to meet deadlines
- The ability to achieve demanding targets
- The ability to identify untapped opportunities and proactively present proposals

Fluency in a European language, in addition to English, would be beneficial to your application.
