Digital Marketing Manager
Hours: Full-Time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 p/a depending on experience, plus excellent benefits package
Location: London, Farringdon alongside the ability to also work from home
Are you a commercially minded digital marketing manager looking for a new challenge?
We are the Institution of Structural Engineers. The world’s largest membership body dedicated to the art and science of structural engineering. We represent the best creatives and innovators in the profession and tackling climate change is top of our agenda alongside structural safety.
As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the Institution to manage and deliver campaigns and projects for a diverse portfolio of products. You’ll also develop communication strategies for membership growth and engagement with the ultimate goal being a truly holistic marketing and communications approach based on member and customer needs.
You’ll use your skills and creative flair to develop new markets for the Institution and use analysis and insight to improve our effectiveness in existing markets.
If you can inspire, manage and motivate two Digital Communications Executives as well as deliver your own projects and campaigns, we’d love to hear from you.
Please note that some travel in the UK may be required to support events.
To be shortlisted for this post, you must have:
- Demonstratable knowledge and understanding of digital marketing
- Experience of working to targets and reporting regularly on progress
- Experience of managing and leading a small team
Experience of CRM driven systems, email automation and mass personalisation would be

We are based on the edge of the city, our office is bright, modern and open plan. We are a small and friendly team. As we move out of Covid restrictions we are presently operating a working model of office based and remote working and envisage operating a longer-term hybrid working model.
