Your Role

As an HR Administrator, you will take on variety of tasks, supporting the Head of HR and the rest of the friendly HR team.

Engaging in a wide range of administrative tasks, you will be involved in supporting our internal customers by advising managers and colleagues on systems and processes, establishing their needs, and helping to resolve issues.

You will maintain internal HR databases and employee records; completing HR administration, including background screening, and project work; supporting the smooth running of the department and delivering excellent customer service.

In addition, you will:

- Prepare and collate payroll documentation and check payroll
- Review current HR processes and systems to identify improvements, including streamlining and creating efficiencies
- Review and update HR intranet and systems’ landing pages
- Support on HR projects and initiatives
- Administer the company benefits schemes

What we are looking for

We are looking for an HR Administrator with the following:

- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with a sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines
- HR administration experience
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Minimum of GCSE English and Maths grade A - C
- Excellent numeric and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service skills and an approachable nature
- Self-motivated and able to respond to changing demands
- Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity
- Advocate of change and continuous improvement
- Ethical and with strong integrity
- Strong written and verbal communication
- A team player
- Good IT skills including Intermediate Excel and Word and experience of using PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet
- Good Project management skills
