We are now looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team at The Exchange in Birmingham.

The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will provide property and residential sales advice to landlords and tenants.

Delivering excellent customer service at all times, you will strive to reach new listings and new sales targets as set by the Group Sales & Lettings Director.

You will also respond to market appraisal enquiries and carry out comparable reports and market appraisal appointments.

Additionally, you will:

- Ensure incoming sales leads are responded to in a timely manner
- Conduct sales viewings
- Carry out sales progression administration
- Complete an agreed marketing programme as instructed by directors
- Cross-sell additional services

About You

To be considered as a Sales Consultant, you will need:

- Experience working within the sales industry (or other sales environments with transferable skills)
- Strong IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft packages as well as internal systems
- Fluent English communication skills, including excellent spelling and grammar
- The ability to thrive within a fast-paced, fluid environment
- A full, valid driving licence

Membership to the NAEA, or working towards this, would be beneficial to your application.
