The Role

As our Events Marketing Manager, you will research, plan, co-ordinate, promote and host a range of marketing-led, in-person and virtual business events. These will include conferences, seminars, roundtable discussions, CPDs, thought-leader interviews and webinars along with external events and trade shows.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will identify needs, topics and and build event themes and content that resonates with specific markets. You will promote these events with strategic landing pages that utilise SEA and CRO to increase our audience impact.

You will manage the entire event process from the planning stage, right through to carrying out the post-event evaluation.

Additionally, you will:

- Research and produce detailed recommendations for future events
- Ensure the development of a brand-enhancing marketing communication plan
- Create the event landing pages, social media content and other marketing materials
- Ensure insurance, legal and H&S obligations are audited and followed at events
- Research, schedule and record global construction industry thought-leader video interviews

About You

To be considered as an Events Marketing Manager, you will need:

- A proven track record of in-person and virtual event marketing
- Experience of developing and executing campaign management and digital strategies
- Experience with Wix, Spotler, CRM and email marketing software
- An understanding of online and in-person audience behaviour, needs and changing trends
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain excellent personal relationships

A marketing qualification would be advantageous for this role.
