We are looking for two Warehouse Night Managers to join us at our site in Leeds on a full-time basis. The working hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 22:00-6:30 (40 hrs with 30 mins unpaid break).

Successful candidates will be required to complete 2 weeks of training at our Derby site.

The Role

As a Warehouse Night Supervisor, you will oversee the effective and safe running of our Leeds warehouse and its operation.

In this busy, hands-on role, you will manage the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring customers receive a quick, efficient and high-quality service.

Leading by example, you’ll ensure the team follow H&S procedures and are up to date with all the relevant training.

You will also ensure products are safely handled through all inbound and outbound processes and vehicles are loaded and unloaded correctly with goods delivered on time.

About You

To be considered as a Warehouse Night Supervisor, you will need:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse
- Experience of leading and/or supervising a team
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A detail-oriented approach
- Proficiency in IT, including MS packages and email
- The ability to work as part of a team
- An FLT licence

An MHE licence would be beneficial to your application.
