We currently have opportunities to join our Customer and Business Support Team on a permanent full OR part time basis.

The posts includes business support work for operational teams across the Authority, using business systems and ensuring that data is up to date and held in accordance with relevant legislation. The postholders will also provide a first point of contact for customers across various channels, such as telephone, email and face to face, and will process customer payments.

The ability to adapt and be able to cope with various changing demands whilst still maintaining excellent customer service will be required.

Good I.T. skills are essential, but training will be given on specific applications as required.

Applicants must have at least 4 GCSEs (grades A - C) or equivalent and experience of dealing with the public and of working with minimum supervision.

These posts are permanent and based at Aldern House, Bakewell, with some home working available.

The full time post is 37 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday.
The Part time post is 22.25 hours per week (3 days) with the actual pattern of work to be agreed with the successful candidate.
