Currently boasting over 130 state-of-the-art branches across England, with over 800 highly trained staff, we provide a full range of services including tyres, exhausts, batteries, brakes, clutches, MOT's and servicing.
Due to continued growth, we now require a Manager to head up our Centre in Salisbury.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Manager with excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team. As manager, you will have overall responsibility for day to day operations of the Centre, including ensuring all customers receive the best customer care, Sales targets and KPI’s are achieved, as well as the recruitment of all staff.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Adhering to the Company’s Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
• Complying with reasonable instruction from Regional Managers, Head Office or the Board of Directors.
• Increasing sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures.
• Liaising with Head Office and other Departments.
• Identifying any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company.

Requirements
As someone with proven Management experience gained within a busy retail environment within the automotive sector, you will have a flexible approach to tasks and be able to effectively manage your own workload, as well as lead the way with excellent Customer service skills.
Experience in management within the motor vehicle sector would be an advantage.
