The Role

As an Administration / Telemarketing Assistant, you will provide a comprehensive support service to our client’s clinic in Carrickfergus.

You’ll undertake a range of administrative and support services, as well as all telemarketing activity. This will involve following up on leads and enquiries and making sure the diary is full.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will:

- Be the first face and voice that customers interact with
- Ensure the clinic is clean, tidy and inviting
- Provide a high level of care to customers, patients and visitors
- Make sure that everyone who comes into the clinic is left with a good impression
- Maximise accessory sales and customer care plans

About You

To be considered as an Administration / Telemarketing Assistant, you will need:

- Telesales or telemarketing experience
- Customer service experience
- Office and/or secretarial experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in IT
