We are currently looking for a Caretaker to join our team and assist with the essential upkeep and maintenance of our properties.

The Role

As a Caretaker, you will assist with the day-to-day maintenance and cleaning of a
flats and commercial properties in Birmingham.

In this varied role, your duties will include:

- Vacuuming, dusting and low-level glass cleaning
- Minor maintenance
- Providing meter and gas heat readings for residents and landlords
- Following all Health & Safety and legal requirements

About You

To be considered as a Caretaker, you will need:

- Experience in a similar role
